Villas are budgeted to be $129 per month. The Peace River Villas™
Homeowners Association dues include cable TV, building insurance,
flood insurance, grounds maintenance, landscaping, tree service, pest
control, common area electricity / water / sewer, playground, pool,
reserves, professional management and contingencies. The Peace River
Homeowners Association will be responsible for any exterior repairs
(anything outside of the paint on the interior walls of your unit).
